It is a fraud.
After it scanned, it rebooted and removed my log in and put up 'other users' with a password I have no access to. When we rang, they wanted to log in to my computer to 'fix it'. It is a con.

Scam.
Its a scam which infects your computer with malware. They cannot be contacted with any support issues. Had to get refund through safecart. Lesson learnt. Be warned people this is a dodgy company, DO NOT TOUCH!

it's a scam. Ruined my computer lucky I had back up. Try for there 60 day refund good luck.

Cons: Does not work. After I was done scanning I had a phone number to call. Called the phone number the get the key it was a tech who quoted $300 USD to fix what the software damage. I refused and he gave me a 800 # to call for refund It was a bogus number. Stay away from this scam More
